Mighty Oregon UO Presidents tailgate set up

The Challenge

College football means tailgating and the University of Oregon’s Office of Stewardship relies on delivering a unique tailgate experience to connect with key donors and their families.

As caretakers of the university’s donor relations, the Office of Stewardship has challenged AHM in each of the past 12 seasons to produce a championship-level event that scores a touchdown with donors on every drive.

The Solution

From the “Win the Day” era of Oregon Ducks football to the throwback “Mighty Oregon” banner of today, the UO’s President’s Tailgate celebration for donors continues to demonstrate the importance of evolving – and improving – over time. With a focus on unique and surprising touchpoints and opportunities for interaction, the tailgate experience provides influential donors an immersive journey connecting them to the past, present and future of university culture. Close client collaboration and data-driven insights align event programming with diverse audience demographics to enhance donor affinity for the UO mission and its students. From space planning and event programming to graphic design, collateral creation, immersive digital technology experiences and comprehensive event management, AHM’s capabilities show how understanding authentic brand activation can lead to long-term client success.
