Working directly with key stakeholders, AHM sought to first understand how startup founders move their discoveries from the research bench to the wider world and how Launch Oregon’s unique resources and expertise fit into and benefit that journey. With a strong grasp of Launch Oregon’s need to appeal to and speak equally with innovators, investors and partners, AHM crafted a written and visual brand identity infused with the spirit of Oregon and built to reassure startup founders. This written and visual vocabulary not only helped internal teams talk about the work they were doing, but allowed external audiences to understand, feel connected to and want to participate in the ideas that will make an impact far beyond the state of Oregon. A companion website built from scratch in the client’s platform of choice (Wix Editor CMS) became the next logical step in Launch Oregon’s liftoff. This digital home started as a simple splash page before evolving into an extended team member that helps visitors find what they need, learn what they want and take the next steps with confidence. With a strategic balance of art and function, Launch Oregon’s brand identity and website help the venture bring innovators, investors and partners together to move ideas forward.
